ENTRY FORM / FEE & NOMINAL ROLL
Two copies of Entry form, fees and Nominal roll along with Two Stamp Size photographs should be uploaded in the website of the 1st All India Judo Cluster Championship 2016 i.e. www.aipjcc2016.in by 15th November, 2016. User Id and password would be communicated to every team separately. A copy of entry Form, duly filled is also required to be sent to the Secretary, All India Police Sports Control Board (AIPSCB), 25, Akbar Road, New Delhi. The Specimen copy of entry Form and Nominal Roll are enclosed at Appendix –A, B/1 & B/3. The number and names of the participants should be in conformity with the Rules of All India Police Games. Any change in the entry Form should be conveyed to the Organizing Secretary at least 15 days before the commencement of the Championship.
The Entry Fee@ Rs.50/- for each participant including Reserves, Team Manger, Coach, Medical / Support Staff etc may be sent in lump sum by Cheque / Demand Draft.

Each Police force may send a maximum of two entries of an individual event and one team for team events.
The head of respective police organizations will furnish a certificate of eligibility of all participants including the Reserves stating that they have been enlisted in their organization for a continuous period of not less than one year as on 01/01/2017. The certificate be appended below the entry Form.
SECURITY AND DISCIPLINE
All officers and Members of participating teams are requested to collect their Identity Cards from the camp commander office at accommodation place. The Police Organizations are requested to furnish two recent stamp size photographs of each official/ participant along with the Entry Forms for the purpose of preparing Identity Card for the championship.
All participating teams are requested to maintain high order of discipline. For any breach of discipline on part of the participants, inside/outside of venue, the individual will be dealt with seriously and the concerned team Manager will be responsible for misconduct of the team. The participants are requested not to entertain guests in the living area.
UNIFORM / FLAGS
It is expected that all the participating teams wear the dresses in uniformity during Opening and Closing ceremony which should be Track Suits issued by their respective Organizations.
Each Team should also bring 03(three) flags of their Organization of following sizes :
