All India Police Sports Control Board entrusted West Bengal Police to hold 1st All India Police Judo Cluster Championship – 2016 at West Bengal. West Bengal Police and Kolkata Police (part of Home Department, WB) will co-jointly organize the championship at Sports Authority of India (SAI), Eastern Region, Saltlake, Kolkata on and from 3rd January, 2017 to 7th January, 2017. We take this opportunity to formally invite your team to participate in the above mentioned championship.

Reception

The Reception centre will be arranged at Howrah, Sealdah and Kolkata Railway Station. Reception team will also be in place at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Domestic/ International Airport Kolkata.

Transport

CO, SAP 2nd Bn., Barrackpore, MTO, DG’s M.T. Poll, Barrackpore will arrange necessary transportation for all the teams. Vehicles for team Managers will be provided as per their travel plan. .

Accommodation

All the participants will be provided suitable accommodation. All heads of State Police and CPOs are requested to issue instructions to their participants not to bring their spouse or family with team as Organising Committee will not to able to provide additional accommodation for family member.

Adequate Medical facilities alongwith Doctors and Ambulances will be provided at venue.

Emergency

All officers and Members of participating teams are requested to collect their Identity Cards from the camp commander office at accommodation place. The Police Organizations are requested to furnish two recent stamp size photographs of each official/ participant along with the Entry Forms for the purpose of preparing Identity Card for the championship.

Security & Discipline

The 1st All India Police Judo Cluster Championship will be conducted as per rule laid down by the All India Police Sports Control Board and National Sports Federation. The officials, who are on the list of National/ Federation/ State Association in the concerned discipline, will conduct the competitions.

Organising Secretary

All officers and Members of participating teams are requested to collect their Identity Cards from the camp commander office at accommodation place. The Police Organizations are requested to furnish two recent stamp size photographs of each official/ participant along with the Entry Forms for the purpose of preparing Identity Card for the championship. All participating teams are requested to maintain high order of discipline. For any breach of discipline on part of the participants, inside/outside of venue, the individual will be dealt with seriously and the concerned team Manager will be responsible for misconduct of the team. The participants are requested not to entertain guests in the living area.
